Plain Labels / A4 Sheets
We have an extensive range
of label shapes and sizes (Squares, Rectangles, Circles, Stars, Triangles,
Ovals to mention just a few.) from which we can produce coloured or plain
white labels.
We also produce Butt Cut
Labels as a cheaper alternative, where a complex die cutter is not required
(Labels that are applied by hand and not by a Label Applicator)

Printed Labels
We manufacture labels in a number of ways,one process we use is the Hot Foil blocking method, whereby a
heated print head transfers a foil-based pigment to the label surface under
pressure. This method gives high quality printing when producing fine
detailed text. We are also able to add metallic finishes to give a dynamic look to the finished product. We also produce labels using the flexographic printing method, we have the capability of producing up to 5 colours, this includes 4 colour process. This machine has UV printing station ideal for coverall or spot varnish, this will give your labels a real professional and glossy look with the added security the labels can withstand contamination from chemicals, water and oils. This type of finish would be ideal for labels used in the food, chemical and oil industries.

Foils come in a wide range of colours and materials, from matt pigments
through to metallic, diffractions and holographic.

Laminated Labels
These are printed or
plain labels that have an extra layer of material added to the substrate, to
give extra durability or protection from Oils, Moisture, Weather, etc. This
process also has the added effect of giving an otherwise dull matt material
a more professional glossy finish

Consecutively Numbered
We can produce two types
of Consecutively Numbered Labels:
- Labels produced on a computer controlled
Thermal Transfer bar code printer.
- Labels produced on a Hot Foil machine with a
numbering box.
The first method is the
easiest to set up, as you have a wider range of freedom in the type of
serial number / serial bar code / alphanumeric code and typeface that you
want. It is often a cheaper option as well because you do not have to
purchase a specially made numbering box. The only restriction with the
Thermal Transfer Printer is that you are limited to colours.

Consecutive Numbers can be prefixed with Characters or digits and suffixed
with Characters or Digits as shows on the sample over
They can increment or decrement by 1 digit per label (001, 003,
005) or by several digits per label (001, 011, 021)

Mailing Labels
We have the facility to
produce Mailing Labels from databases supplied by customers in various
label formats, including date stamping, bar coding, etc

Security Labels
We produce Tamper
Evident and Self Destructive Labels for various applications, such as
bottle and box seals etc. These Labels are produced on specially developed
Tamper Evident Vinyl’s and Acetates,

Cosmetic Labels
We specialise in
producing Cosmetic Packaging labels from 16mm diameter (used on Lipstick)
upto large box end labels that are used for warehouse identification (Pack
of 100 Cherry Red Lipsticks)
The smaller 16mm
diameter labels are produced using Hot-Foil printers
